We are pleased to announce the publication of the document presenting the winning initiatives in the framework of the Significant Experiences 2020 event (Experiencias Significativas 2020), in the Gender category (SDG #5). This document has been prepared by Insuco and CoreWoman, and is one of the key products of the Project for the Implementation of the Gender Guidelines for the Mining and Energy Sector, led by the Ministry of Mines and Energy of Colombia, with the support and financing of the Inter-American Development Bank. 

Experiencias Significativas en Gestión Ambiental y Social del Sector Minero Energético  is a program of the Ministry of Mines and Energy, the National Hydrocarbons Agency and the National Mining Agency. Its purpose is to identify, document, highlight, and recognize innovative initiatives that promote the dialogue and relationship between communities, companies and government entities, aimed at fostering the sustainable development of the sector and the territories.

We congratulate the winning companies for their considerable efforts and determination to close gender gaps in a highly masculinized sector:
