We are excited to share the highlights of our Latin America and the Caribbean Seminar series in Peru, held from 20 – 27 May 2024. This event seamlessly blended productive discussions, team bonding, and memorable experiences, embodying the spirit of Insuco.
Bringing together the LAC Team, the seminar was a great platform for strategic, technical, and financial dialogues, with dedicated sessions during our Tech Seminar and AFM Seminar. These exchanges were instrumental in enhancing our initiatives and strengthening our team vision.
A great bonding moment was our cultural immersion in Callao, a historic part of Lima. On Saturday, we delved into the vibrant local culture, culminating in an authentic Ceviche experience that delighted our taste buds. This cultural excursion provided a fantastic opportunity to connect more deeply and appreciate the rich heritage of the area.
Sunday and Monday were dedicated to our Country Directors, who engaged in intensive sessions aimed at propelling our regional goals. The Country Directors Seminar provided a valuable platform for sharing expertise and learning from one another. This collaborative effort aimed to consolidate our core values, align our mission with our regional ambitions, and achieve our shared objectives together.
We also underscored the importance of continuous learning and staying abreast of the latest developments in social sciences and more.
