Training workshop for African Insuco’s Team in Burkina Faso
At the end of the year, the Insuco office in Burkina Faso welcomed the new Project Officers from the African continent (Madagascar, Guinea, Djibouti, Gabon and Burkina Faso) for a week-long training workshop. Pascal Rey, CEO, Peter Hochet, DG Africa and Margot Petitpierre, Director Guinea, also participated. Our new project managers were trained in the use of our tools and made aware of the Group’s good practices. This meeting also encouraged mutual learning and capitalisation with the Technical Directors, who also joined us, not to mention the strengthening of links between all the teams.
