the 2023, ee organized a technical seminar in Madagascar with Insuco offices in Africa and Asia. It was a strategic week to support the Group’s growth, in line with our permanent path of optimizing Insuco‘s added value to the world of social sciences.
We organized several brainstorming sessions and workshops so we can, together, build the ideas and tools that enable us to improve our work.
The seminar began with a 2022 Review and a reminder of Insuco’s vision for 2025, in order to define the Group’s strategic lines of development and its areas of innovation.
We held several workshops on the sizing of rural and urban RAPs and ESIAs, on operational notes, communication, methodologies, data collection, collaboration with our experts and partners, and training on GDPR standards.
Moreover, we embarked on a wide-ranging process of innovative thinking around new services to be developed within Insuco, putting the territory and people at the heart of the studies, and supporting local development in the context of climate change.
Insuco‘s technical teams in Africa, Asia and Haiti, worked together to develop the group’s methodology and tools during this intense week of joint reflection. Rigor and innovation were the stars of the week!
