Mission:
The general objective of the study was to initiate dialogue between the stakeholders of the Mount Gangan territory on issues related to the development of this territory (natural resource management, environmental preservation, economic development, etc.) and to help them build a governance framework to manage this development in a sustainable, integral and participatory way.
Results:
The following services were provided to the client:
- The training animation of the associations and the associated reports ;
- The territorial diagnostic report and a presentation of the results of the study ;
- The implementation of the governance system and capacity building of the members.
