Consultancy for the adaptation of the EPM Group’s Sustainability model in CHEC, based on the Corporate Territorial Responsibility (RTE) approach, in order to implement a Territorial Transformation Observatory (OTT)
Client: CHEC – Caldas Hydroelectric Plant
Mission:
The objective of Insuco’s collaboration was to “Recognize the Sustainability Model of the Caldas Hydroelectric Power Plant (CHEC) of the EPM group in order to propose its adaptation to the Corporate Territorial Responsibility approach. To achieve this, an internal review was conducted to recognize the structure and approach of the sustainability model. Likewise, it was sought to identify if actions for territorial development are materialized in it.
The work methodology began with a diagnosis of the existing corporate social responsibility model, after which training workshops were held and, finally, in a participatory manner, the guidelines for incorporating the corporate territorial responsibility (RTE) approach were developed as a team with CHEC.
A core team participated in the construction of these guidelines, which corresponds to a group of professionals of high relevance in the process, who have received training in the territorial approach, and lead the adaptation of actions to integrate the territorial vision.
Results:
To meet the objectives, Insuco developed the following deliverables:
- Sustainability model diagnostic document;
- Training plan: Material developed and agenda for the sessions;
- Tailor-made sustainability model and roadmap for its implementation.
