Recent and ongoing projects

Mission:

The objective of the services offered was to implement a strategy for the transfer of competences and sustainability of the Mesas Temáticas (thematic dialogue spaces), to develop actions aimed at the medium- and long-term planning of programmes with a potential for territorial transformation, and to consolidate the work of the Observatory of Territorial Transformations with the support of the Ford Foundation.

Results:

Insuco implemented the following activities:

• Facilitation and accompaniment of the multi-stakeholder dialogue process
• Support for the formulation of proposals
• Identification and consolidation of strategic alliances with national and international stakeholders
• Participatory and systematic measurement of results and impacts
• Implementation of a strategy for the transfer of competences and the sustainability of the multi-stakeholder dialogue process
• Communication inside and outside the intervention area
• Development of actions aimed at the medium- and long-term planning of programmes with the potential to transform the territory
• Consolidation of the work of the Observatory of Territorial Transformations with the support of the Ford Foundation.
