Recent and ongoing projects

Mission:

Within the framework of its development and in order to highlight its environmental and social commitments, Ellipse Projects wishes to join the Global Contact initiative of the United Nations. In this context, Ellipse Projects was looking for assistance to go through the adhesion process, to set up internal mechanisms to collect data and produce the required annual report.

The objective of the mission was therefore to assist Ellipse Projects in all the key steps to take part of the initiative and be recognized as a respectful adherent to its principles.

In order to achieve this general goal, it was therefore broken down into three specific objectives:

• Initiate the inscription to the Global Compact Initiative,
• Review the existing documentation of Ellipse Projects, elaborate a gap analysis in order to highlight what was missing and propose a roadmap to fill any gap, as well as centralize the data needed to prepare annual progress reports,
• Produce jointly with the Ellipse Projects teams the annual progress report.

Results:

The following deliverables were provided to the client:

• Centralization of documents required for membership,
• Development and implementation of a monitoring and evaluation system of performance indicators,
• Start of the adhesion process,
• Support for the production of the documentation necessary for this launch.
