Mission:

The mission consisted of building a stakeholder engagement plan, within the framework of the company’s vision and values, the local context and needs, and international best practices and standards. Designing this plan and tools strategically to strengthen the social sustainability and performance of the project. As well as producing operational tools for decision-making and assessing the impact of activities carried out within the framework of corporate social responsibility and social investment. Finally, supporting the company in implementing the Plan, which includes identifying appropriate local partners and supporting the development of strategic alliances.
