Mission:
The 25 MWp solar project involves installing solar panels on approximately 57 hectares in the Grand Bara region. Insuco was mandated to:
- Lead the update of the stakeholder engagement plan that was carried out in 2020 in accordance with national laws and donor standards.
- Produce a community investment and development plan. This plan must include a specific gender program, in accordance with donor requirements
Insuco therefore went into the field to meet with the various stakeholders, particularly vulnerable populations (women, young people, migrants, etc.) to identify their needs, expectations and fears regarding this project.
Results:
Insuco produced the following deliverables:
- A Stakeholder Engagement Plan
- A Community Development and Investment Plan
