Review and implementation of the Social Approach Plan – Colombia hydroelectric project

Mission:
Insuco is leading the review and implementation of the Social Approach Plan in the territory identified for the development of a potential hydroelectric project. This preliminary phase, in addition to a technical assessment, includes an approach to the territory to review the feasibility of the project in coordination with its social and environmental policies.
For Insuco, this involves evaluating the methodology proposed in the social approach plan provided by the client, conducting initial contact with the territory’s strategic players, Generate openness and trust to obtain permission from the owners of the identified lands in the project area.
Results:
To meet the objectives, Insuco will provide the following deliverables:
- Methodological document of the Social Outreach Plan;
- Mapping with strategic actors of the territory;
- Report of field visits with corresponding supports;
- Permits from property owners for the development of technical visits.
