Realisation of an Environmental and Social Management Framework (ESMF), a Stakeholder Engagement Framework (SEF) and a Resettlement Policy Framework (RPF) for KFW in 2023 as part of the second phase of the Programme to Strengthen Central Governance Structures (e-Gov) in the Republic of Benin.
Client: Kreditanstalt für Wiederaufbau (KFW)
Mission:
The mission consisted in developing an Environmental and Social Management Framework (ESMF), a Resettlement Policy Framework (RPF) and a Stakeholder Engagement Framework (SEAF) in order to take into account of the potential impacts associated with the construction throughout Benin of the infrastructure needed to set up a new information system and to develop ways of addressing them.
Results:
The following deliverables were given to the client:
- A framework note
- Environmental and Social Management Framework (ESMF)
- A Stakeholder Commitment Framework (SCF)
- Resettlement Policy Framework (RPF)
