Mission:
The objective of the mission was to design an early participatory social investment proposal for the 9 communities that make up the El Domo sector. An analysis of the socio-economic gaps in the communities of the El Domo sector have been made by identifying risks and opportunities in a participatory manner with the communities and implement a participatory process to prioritise and manage early social investment in order to build and strengthen networks of trust between the actors of the communities in the sector.
Results:
The following deliverables were provided to Proparco:
- Socio-economic gap analysis
- Implementation of a participatory dialogue process
- Construction of the Social Investment Strategy
- Plan for the operationalisation of the social investment strategy
- Multi-stakeholder dialogue articulation process.
