In 2022, Insuco provided the necessary services for the development of a TTE corporate territorial responsibility strategy in order to establish a multi-stakeholder dialogue platform based on the risks identified by the communities in the area of influence. By 2023, this process has been continued, strengthening the multi-stakeholder dialogue platform through its management and practice, in order to improve the quality of stakeholder relations, so that the identified social risks can be addressed collaboratively in the short, medium and long term.
Results:
The following deliverables were given to the client:
- Election monitoring
- Updated Stakeholder Matrix and Relationship Map
- Set of tools, contributions and sustainability protocols of the dialogue platform
- Reports from the multi-stakeholder round tables.
