Management of multi-stakeholder dialogue spaces and integration of new actors for the establishment of governance in the territory, development of a monitoring, control and learning tool and a communication strategy within the framework of the energy transition agenda (phase III), COLLECTIVE MINING LTD; Colombia.
Mission:
Dialogue is a bet that allows the articulation of territorial actors in order to recognize their needs and find solutions together. The first phase, carried out between March and June 2023, allowed more than 80 actors from Supía, Marmato and Caldas to be mapped, visited and summoned. During 2023, the environment, society, economy and infrastructure were identified as central axes of work, considered as opportunities for investment and development. These axes were concerted by the participants of the dialogue and shared in the participatory construction exercise of the new municipal and departmental development plans. For this third phase, which takes place in 2024, participatory meeting spaces are developed in which it is hoped to promote and legitimize multi-party dialogue as one of the fundamental exercises for the development of the territories. The objective is to achieve the prioritization of strategic actions, allowing quick victories in the identified needs, as well as the harmonization of these priority activities with the institutional plans of the participants, in order to obtain the first results in the short term.
