Mission:
To identify monitoring and evaluation indicators for fishing practices and the local stakeholders capable of gathering and analysing data for a Marine Protected Area.
Results:
The client received a list of indicators that are easily monitored by local stakeholders, an institutional framework describing the role of each stakeholder identified in accordance with their official role and their actual capacities, as well as a plan to promote the bulletins published twice yearly. A plan for promoting the monitoring and evaluation process itself was also proposed.
