As part of the feasibility study for the structuring of the downstream waste management sector in Greater Conakry (Guinea), initial technical proposals for the location of leachate treatment ponds were studied in accordance with the constraints of the Baritodé site, which has been identified for the development of the technical waste management centre of Greater Conakry.
The social component of this study made it possible to assess the social and land impact of the project according to the following criteria
- The choice of the technical solution for leachate treatment;
- The choice of site for the treatment.
Results:
The following deliverables were provided to the client:
- A comparison of 3 options for the location of infrastructure, social and land criteria;
- A multi-criteria analysis grid resulting in a rating of the 3 options.
