Mission:
The PRAREV-Pêche programme has been implemented by the Fisheries Directorate to help rural coastal populations affected by climate change. The programme aims to improve their resilience, reduce their vulnerability and promote co-management of marine resources.
The expected outcomes were:
1) Increased resilience of coastal habitats and participatory management of natural resources.
2) Reducing the vulnerability of coastal infrastructures and promoting fisheries value chains.
3) Strengthening the capacity to adapt to climate change in rural coastal areas.
Insuco has been commissioned to produce a diagnosis and assessment of the programme’s implementation in line with the OECD’s evaluation criteria.

- Consultations with PRAREV implementing partners
- Individual and group interviews with project beneficiaries
