Mission:
Within the framework of the construction and operation of 4 photovoltaic power plants in Benin, in Bohicon, Djougou, Parakou and Natitingou, the Insuco – ORYX Expertise consortium has been commissioned to carry out the 4 Environmental and Social Impact Assessments (ESIA) accompanied by an Environmental and Social Management Plan (ESMP) and a Stakeholder Engagement Plan (SEP), in accordance with Benin’s regulations in force and international standards.
Results:
Insuco produced the following deliverables:
- 4 Environmental and Social Impact Assessment (ESIA) ;
- 4 Stakeholder Engagement Plan (SEP), including a complaints management mechanism;
- 4 Gap analysis of the RAPs carried out by MCA Benin with international standards.
