Recent and ongoing projects

Mission:

The general objective of the consultancy was to support Auna at the regional level in the effective management of its ESG (Environment, Social and Governance) plan, ensuring compliance with goals and deadlines, as well as the development of key deliverables. To this end, the following specific objectives were developed:

• Identification and analysis of AUNA’s ESG risks and impacts, considering the baseline defined by the company.
• Definition of KPIs and targets in an analysis matrix (scorecard).
• Development of a materiality analysis for AUNA by 2023.
• Identification and capitalization of best practices of AUNA’s team at regional and national level.
• Supporting the development of AUNA’s sustainability strategy.
• Provision of recommendations to mitigate risks to AUNA’s sustainability.
• Accompaniment in the fulfillment of the sustainable programs of our sustainability strategy, through recommendations for risk mitigation and capacity building of the AUNA team.
