Mission:
The Affordable Housing Public Private Partnership (PPP) Project aims to create a market for affordable, green and climate resilient housing through a model pilot PPP, in Papua New Guinea. The International Finance Corporation (IFC) assists the Government of Papua New Guinea (GoPNG) for the preparation and implementation of the project.
Insuco will works closely with the Government of Papua New Guinea to develop the entitlement matrix for the project and help build capacity for environmental and social safeguarding among the team members responsible for its implementation.
Results:
Through documentation review, site visits, and field consultations with stakeholders, Insuco has provided:
- A workshop to co-produce the project’s Entitlement Matrix
- A Stakeholder Engagement Framework (SEF)
- A Resettlement Framework (RF)
