Recent and ongoing projects

Mission:

Generate with the communities of the area of influence of the La Plata project a framework of dialogue, trust and collective action in order to integrate a Corporate Territorial Responsibility (RTE) approach and open new spaces for interaction with the community to develop a shared vision of the risks, challenges and opportunities presented by the project. The implementation includes the following methodological strategy:

• Review and analysis of information;
• Prior approach to communities;
• Initial strategy for stakeholder activation;
• Risk analysis of the environment for transformation and conflict prevention;
• Lines of strategic social investment and alignment of internal processes;
• Generate networks of trust with a third actor – facilitator;

Facilitation of the pilot work table.

Results:

Insuco delivered the following products:

• Preliminary stakeholder mapping;
• Stakeholder activation strategy;
• Systematization of participatory risk identification workshops;
• Final report of the multi-stakeholder dialogue process (pilot table)
