Mission:
The mission consisted of developing a Social Actor Activation Strategy for community management. To do this, strategies and lines of action were identified to be implemented within the framework of corporate social responsibility management, and knowledge of the management of tools and the application of the strategy was transferred to the community team. In addition, an anthropological analysis of the oil blocks under the responsibility of GTE was carried out, for the identification of subjects of collective rights.
Results:
The following deliverables were given to the client:
- Stakeholder activation strategy.
- Anthropological analysis (sociocultural study, study of normative and legal gaps, cartographic and anthropological analysis, and guide to the steps to follow for due diligence with the possible groups identified.
