Pascal Rey (CEO Insuco) participated on the 23rd of November 2017 in Paris in an internal symposium of the ENSOME (Specialised Military Force for overseas territories and foreign countries), during which he led a presentation about how to introduce interculturality notions to French Military Force operating in overseas territories and foreign countries. About a dozen of Generals attended the conference, as well as Defence Attachés, Parliamentary Advisers, Ambassadors and Researchers, among others.
