Any major development project, whether in the public or private sector, is accompanied by the arrival, often rapid and massive, of migrants seeking economic opportunities. Understanding these migration phenomena is essential for all stakeholders in the territory in order to better anticipate them, manage them and thus limit negative impacts on the host territory as much as possible.

Our approach consists of a multi-dimensional analysis of migration – spatial, socio-economic, legal, security, public health, etc. – in order to propose a global strategy that results from a co-construction between the main stakeholders and to facilitate the integration of our clients’ projects in their territory.

We produce operational tools, such as Migration Management Plans, containing the zoning of the agglomerations that will be most impacted, as well as different scenarios for strategies adapted to local specificities, allowing to reinforce the reception capacities of the area in a sustainable development perspective.
