In July, we organized the LAC 2023 technical seminar for the 5 INSUCO offices in Latin America and the Caribbean in Ecuador.
These technical seminars are a privileged opportunity for our teams to take a break for a few days from project formulation and management, and focus in greater depth on the themes that shape Insuco’s present and future. These moments are also used to take stock of the transversal aspects linked to our activity (communication, advocacy, innovation, research-action) and above all enable the teams to get to know each other better, share moments of work and relaxation while strengthening the links between the teams in the region. Insuco aims to be a group focused on people and our employees, and these seminars are key moments for sharing our values and enriching our approaches.
In the midst of these enriching exchanges, we were able to learn together and define new perspectives for Insuco in terms of Governance, Territorial Development, Multi-stakeholder Dialogue and Resettlement, as well as our social approaches to climate change adaptation, carbon neutrality and nature-based solutions.
It was also an opportunity for our teams to reaffirm their commitment in their professional practice to the importance of knowledge management as a key value of who we are and what we want to pass on from Insuco in the construction of sustainable, high-impact processes. The seminar resulted in the creation of a roadmap for the region in line with our group strategy to 2025.
