We would like to add our voice, on International Women’s Rights Day, to recognise the important value of diversity in the INSUCO Group as an engine for innovation and creativity.

As a company working on development issues in Global Souths, we are committed to participate in building fairer societies, where everyone can live free from gender stereotypes and be recognised on an equal footing.

We promote women’s rights and gender balancing, but we still have a way to go. Through dialogue with our collaborators, continuous reflection on our practices, and the incorporation of the gender issue in our projects, initiatives and alliances, we want to amplify the voices of those fighting for women’s rights, and be part of this necessary social change.
