Insuco participates in the debate around ecological transition in Madagascar
Margaux Nicot, Technical Director of Insuco Madagascar, and Denis Ralaivao, Agronomist Officer of the CASEF Project (Agricultural Growth and Land Tenure Security, implemented by the consortium Insuco – CIRAD – Centre Technique Horticole de Tamatave and financed by the World Bank), participated last Friday, July 16, in the webinar entitled: Sustainable sectors for the ecological transition in Madagascar.
This conference, organized virtually as part of the 6th edition of the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR or RSE, for its French acronym) and Initiatives for Sustainable Development (IDD, for its French acronym) fair, was attended by more than 120 people. In this framework, Margaux and Denis had the opportunity to take part in discussions, reflections and sharing of experiences and best practices on the challenges and opportunities of the development of a sustainable agricultural sector for Madagascar, the social responsibility of companies involved in such sector, the valorization of raw materials and by-products, and the protection of child’s rights.
