PMS officials, both local and national, were present during this exchange.

The objective of this mandate was to:

Identify the typical profile of a PMS partner, upon joining the organization;

Assess the impact/effect criteria of the social microfinance program from both a qualitative and quantitative point of view, using PMS databases;

Assess the sustainability criteria, combining qualitative and quantitative approaches.

The workshop has been the opportunity to present the assessment of the impact and sustainability criteria, both from a qualitative and quantitative analysis, and to discuss the operational recommendations that were made in the final report. The workshop also provided an opportunity to discuss the typical partner profile and to review the current social indicators of PMS and their possible improvement. Finally, the recommendations were discussed from a strategic point of view, with planning elements proposed. Some actions have already been implemented.
