Insuco Colombia visits the department of Cesar
Julie Hernández, Country Director at INSUCO Colombia, Guillen Calvo, General Director LAC Insuco and María Clara Vargas Quintero, Project Coordinator of the Territorial Transformation Observatories were visiting the region of #Cesar, Colombia, in the framework of an initiative supported by the Ford Foundation.
It was a moving trip, where the INSUCO team was able to meet very brave and inspiring people. Thanks to the Ford Foundation for allowing us to network with such diverse actors.
