Guillén Calvo participated in the graduation ceremony of a programme to strengthen young people capacities in Los Encuentros
We are proud to have contributed to supporting the young people of Los Encuentros, Ecuador, together with Liderar, Ford Foundation and Lundin Gold! Guillén Calvo (Insuco General Manager for Latin America) participated in the graduation ceremony of 41 young women and men from Los Encuentros territory, who followed a 3-month programme to strengthen their leadership and communication skills, self-confidence and capacity to propose projects to their communities.
These projects will be presented during the thematic roundtables held every 6 weeks in the context of the process initiated 3 years ago by Lundin Gold and Insuco, and supported by Ford Foundation, to foster sustainable development, dialogue and collective action in the territory. Our congratulations to all the staff and young laureates for this achievement!
