Guillén Calvo, Director Latin America and Caribbean of INSUCO, participated in a round table on mining and territorial development at the PERUMIN mining convention
Guillen Calvo, INSUCO’s Latin America and Caribbean Director, participated in PERUMIN Mining Convention, one of the most important conventions in the region dedicated to the mining sector.
Guillén participated in the Forum on Technology, Innovation and Sustainable Development, as part of the round table on mining and territorial development. It sparked a reflection on the need to promote transformative initiatives that fuel and maintain spaces for consensus among stakeholders and promote decision-making based on access to information. In short, “there are transforming leaders and inspiring territories”.
The round table also included Carolina Trivelli, Principal Investigator at the Peruvian Institute of Studies (IEP), Sarah Laughton, Representative and Country Director of the United Nations World Food Programme, and Raúl Molina, Associate of SOLIDARITAS PERU.
