Constance PERRIN-JOLY is appointed Director of IFSRA-Institute for Social Research in Africa

We welcome Constance Perrin-Joly as Director of IFSRA.
Constance tells us her story and why she joined us:
“4 years in Ethiopia, as many in Normandy, 4 children, and 4 times 3 (12 years) as lecturer at the Sorbonne Paris Nord University… It was time to change the pace. Adept at blurring borders, I am both a sociologist of the company, specialist in devices with a moral dimension (such as the social responsibility of companies), but also a sociologist of work, collecting tirelessly life paths and photographs of workers. While I was lost in Burkina, my path crossed that of IFSRA which told me its ambitions and challenges. Seduced by the project, I changed my pace to associate my steps with it.”
