Pascal Rey, CEO of the INSUCO Group, was invited by the Guinean government to intervene at the Land General States in the framework of the national land reform.

This meeting was an opportunity to recall the main principles of local/customary law and to highlight the importance of taking into account the interests of all stakeholders (communities, private investors, State) in the legislative review processes.
